Shipping & Delivery
Here you will find all the important information about shipping and delivery of your order at Modamondo.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the current status of your delivery online with the shipping provider at any time.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days after shipment.
Within Germany, we charge €4.90 for shipping. Orders over €49 qualify for free shipping.
We ship with DHL and GLS. You will automatically receive the tracking information by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. As long as the package has not yet been shipped, we can change the delivery address for you.
The delivery service will leave a notification in your mailbox. You can then pick up the package at the nearest branch or parcel locker, or arrange a new delivery date. Please also check if the package may have been left in your neighborhood.
Orders placed on Modamondo.de can be delivered within Germany.
