You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return your order. The statutory cancellation period is 14 days, but we offer a generous 30-day return policy.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Within Germany, we cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a free return shipping label from us via email.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds. You can return unused items free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. You can return your original order for a full refund. Then you can place a new order.
